Miami County Recovery Council, Miami County Public Health, and Tri-County Board of Recovery and Mental Health Services are teaming up to present the Heroin & Opioid Awareness Week at Troy-Miami County Public Library.
The interactive room exhibit “Hidden in Plain Sight” will also be featured on Monday, September 18 and Tuesday, September 19 in the Troy-Miami County Library Community Room from 5:30 – 8:00 p.m. thanks to Tri-County Board of Recovery and Mental Health Services. This traveling exhibit room provides parents or adults with clues from a teen’s bedroom to help them determine whether their child might be experimenting with or using drugs or alcohol. Room décor, hidden compartments, and items to conceal use are located throughout the room.
