The Golden Buckeye program is provided by the Ohio Department of Aging.  It empowers older Ohioans and others to become active, loyal customers by offering discounts at participating businesses, including the Ohio State Parks.

Ohio residents age 60 or older and Ohioans age 18-59 with a disability are eligible for a Golden Buckeye Card.  Documentation must be provided verifying age and/or disability.  The paper application can be either mailed or faxed to the Ohio Department of Aging, and a card will be mailed to the new participant.
